The room was really gorgeous, the bathroom in particular. The bed was ridiculously comfy, most likely the best nights' sleep I've ever gotten. The pool was also nice and warm, every time I went it was completely empty or only had one other person in. I also appreciated the fact the hotel room was cleaned daily as not all hotels over this service, I jus really like coming back to a made bed! And finally, the hotel also offer a free hourly shuttle service to the nearest metro station!

The hotel has a gym and swimming on the 14th floor with an amazing view. Nice rooms with a good a lot of big windows. The staff was amazing and Marco was the best. My daughter arrived before I arrived in Milan and upon arrival she was robbed. When I called the hotel still from my home, Marco made sure that the shuttle bus took her from the metro station to the hotel and he wait for her with water and candies. They helped her to call the police.

I like the place, it has a posh ambiance. It is clean, and the receptionists are nice, they gave us water when we arrived and when we check out. They are very helpful, the breakfast is good too. It has a pool and gym...the pool is cold but I like it...just okay for me but my husband said it is too cold for him, so I didn't stay longer. Also another good thing is that they offer a free shuttle to bring you to the metro station.

Breakfast was decent, as an American I would have enjoyed more breakfast meats like sausage, although the bacon was really good. My room was really nice and had a good room. I can't remember if it was the pool or fitness center but one was closed. I didn't find this an issue because I was too tired to think about using it anyways.

Breakfast consisted of a great selection. There is plenty to suit all tastes Coffee was really good.😋 Room was lovely although the blinds were a bit battered. I was lucky to have a beautiful view. Really functional gym and pool.
